 Our Men's Mental Health Group, funded by The Community Foundation Wales will be starting in Swansea as soon as the Firebreak is over! Sessions will take place once a week, consist of a maximum 8 men and last a total of 2 hours. There will be a 10-minute settling in period at the start. 40 minutes’ group session, 20-minute break, a further 40 minutes’ group session and ten minute check out time. This is a therapeutic group facilitated by an experienced, qualified counsellor and is aimed at men who are able to commit to the process, which is why there is an application form to complete and spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
