We provide fun football sessions where people can socialise, get fitter and learn new skills. There are competitive matches to play in, for those who want to, and tournaments to attend .

WEllbeing
We provide opportunity for connection and peer support for people experiencing mental health issues and those who are affected by mental ill health in other ways . This takes place in person (when safe to do so), on line, by phone, messaging and any other ways that members feel is beneficial.
We also provide self help information and resources and share experiences to benefit each other.
We run a Men's Mental Health Group facilitated by an experienced counselor to help men open up about their challenges, and help one another to explore solutions together.
